A Low-Maintenance Solution to Your Maintenance Needs.
There’s nothing better than a beautifully maintained landscape when you’re enjoying your outdoor space, especially if you’re one of us who has invested considerable resources creating that space. Unfortunately, too many times we see landscapes withering as a result of a lack of proper care. Our office has received calls from past clients, who complain that the shrubs we installed haven’t bloomed for years… only to find out that Johnny One Truck came through and pruned off all of the flower buds at the wrong time of the year. Or worse yet, the clients that call us in the middle of a snow storm and can’t get to their house because Johnny’s truck broke down and he can’t plow. We see it time and again. Mr. One Truck can be high maintenance.
We’ve been involved in landscape maintenance from the beginning. We’ve adopted a number of clients over the years that we simply take care of … Without compare, our landscapes abound with beauty, and induce a sense of care and obvious vigor. The answer is simple… No matter what, things must get done…timely and properly.

Maintenance offerings…
Lawn Care
- Automatic regular weekly or ten day scheduling. (sorry – we do not mow bi-monthly because it stresses the turf, unless the weather has been dry)
- Each service includes regular mowing and cleanup of heavy deposits of grass, trimming and blowing of hard surfaces and aggregate areas.
- Once per month, our service techs will perform an intensive walk through your property and inspect your outdoor spaces.
- Spring cleanup of lawn spaces including gravel and snow related repairs.
Lawn Fertility and Turf Quality Program
- Our program takes an earth friendly approach to lawn care. We offer up to five applications of a balanced fertilizer and spot treatment of broadleaf weeds as needed. Our spring application can include pre-emergent crab grass preventer. Many of the fertilizers we use are slow release, and are lake and pet friendly. Fully Organic programs area available.
- Overseeding– service performed August 15th through September.
- Aerating and dethatching – spring or fall.
- Lime or other pH adjustment. Available any non-winter month. (Fall is ideal)
Plant & Garden Care
- General maintenance such as pruning, fertilizing, edging & mulching.
- Seasonal planting programs include annuals, fall plantings and flowering bulbs installed at the turn of each season.
- Specialized tree pruning and management programs.
- Integrated pest management program.
- Spring & fall specialty maintenance.
- General horticultural services.
Winter Snow services
- Automatic snow plowing & blowing.
- Optional shoveling to one door and utilities.
- Specialized equipment to snow blow difficult driveways.
